COACHING FOR EVERYDAY LIFE

Start with what’s hard.
Build on what’s already there.

We look at your strengths, your daily life, and the changes that matter to you. Then we try one useful step at a time.

01 / ADULTS

Make room for your way of doing things.

Explore planning, getting started, remembering everyday responsibilities, transitions, and following through. Work toward goals that you choose.

  • A routine you can actually use
  • A clearer next step when tasks feel big
  • Accountability with room to adjust
02 / PARENTS & FAMILIES

Understand the day from more than one perspective.

Make expectations clearer, notice what helps, and try routines that fit your household. The child’s voice matters alongside the parent’s perspective.

  • Strengths and interests as a starting point
  • Smaller steps for difficult transitions
  • Clear, agreed participation and communication
01

Understand your day

What works? Where do you get stuck? What would you like to feel easier?

02

Choose a small experiment

Find a step that feels useful and realistic for your life.

03

Review and adjust

Notice wins, talk through barriers, and decide together what comes next.

THE PERSON BEHIND BRIGHT BUILT

I’m Donald.
I believe being heard
is a place to begin.

Donald Bright

I’m building Bright Built because I wish I’d had more understanding and practical support earlier in my own life.

I know what it’s like to have something you want to do and struggle to explain why getting started feels so hard. Learning to work with small steps has shaped the way I want to support others.

I want to listen long enough for someone to find their words, understand what their days are like, and help them choose steps that fit. My experience won’t be exactly the same as yours. Your story deserves its own space.

Life coaching focused on daily skills and personal goals. Personal experience is part of my perspective, not a substitute for professional healthcare.

A LITTLE SOMETHING TO TRY

Make the beginning smaller.

You don’t need a perfect plan to explore a next step. Choose what feels closest to your day.

This activity stays on this page. Your selection is not saved or sent to Bright Built.

TRY THIS AS AN EXPERIMENT

Name the first visible action.

Instead of “sort everything,” try “put one item where it belongs.” Give it two minutes, then choose whether to pause or continue.

A suggestion to adapt, not a test to pass. It’s okay if a different approach fits better.

RESOURCES TO EXPLORE

What helped, even a little?

Think about one easier moment. What was different about the task, the setting, or the support you had?

A reflection to keep for yourself
FOR FAMILIES

Start with their perspective.

“What would make this a little easier for you?” Leave space for the answer before choosing a strategy together.

What to expect

Questions about strengths, everyday struggles, routines, goals, and the support you’d like. You’ll also see coaching disclosures and communication expectations.

Please share only what helps with coaching. Avoid detailed medical records or highly sensitive information.

Fitness is optional and separate. Any proposed fitness participation needs its own discussion and consent.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we begin.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

A diagnosis is not required to discuss practical support for everyday routines and personal goals. Coaching does not assess whether you have ADHD.

Is this therapy or medical care?

No. Bright Built provides life coaching. It does not diagnose or treat conditions, provide psychotherapy, prescribe medication or medical diets, or provide legal advice. Your coach is not acting as your therapist, doctor, dietitian, diagnostician, or attorney.

How do online sessions and messages work?

We agree on the session platform and schedule directly. Trainerize may be used for agreed coaching activities and messages after its use is explained. Messages are checked once daily, with no immediate or same-day response guarantee. A planned weekly one-hour chat window is arranged individually.

Can parents see their child’s coaching information?

The participation and access arrangement must be agreed and explained before any child app or chat use. No child account is created through this website. Platform age requirements and parent authority need to be checked before access is enabled.

Will you tell me to change medication?

No. General information can help you prepare questions, but individual medication decisions belong with your prescriber or pharmacist.

What if I need urgent help?

This website, intake forms, and coaching messages are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. In immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. Do not wait for a coach response.

How does this website use my information?

This page has no client login, advertising trackers, or embedded intake. The small-step activity is not saved or submitted. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. Following a link to Tally or another website takes you to that provider, with its own information practices. Please review the intake disclosures before submitting information.
